Powder: A powder can be used until it runs out. However, this is if you DO NOT poke your fingers in the powder, as it comes in contact with bacteria that may cause skin irritations and rashes. Also, be sure to wash your brushes regularly
Eye Shadow: Eye shadows have a long usability if you take care of it. Avoid applying with your fingers and wipe it regularly. Also, be sure to wash all brushes used with your products.
Mascara: Mascara should be changed every third to fourth month. Old mascara can cause eye infections. If you carry lenses, you should be extra careful.
Lip Gloss: A lip gloss should preferably be used within six months after opening. Old lip gloss may contain “skin residue” and bacteria. This can lead to mouth ulcers and other problems.
Lipstick: A lipstick can generally be used a long time. It lasts longer than a lip gloss as you can and should wipe the lipstick after you applied it, in order to avoid bacteria.
KAILO Cosmetics International AB use safe payment by Svea WebPay and our bank is Nordea. All transactions and payments are processed by Svea WebPay.

If you are under 18 you must have parents permission to order from KAILO. Any attempted fraud will be reported to the police.

You pay directly from our store with your debit or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. Important to know is that we offer 3D Secure / SecureCode is a safer solution for people who pay by card. Note that it's not possible to pay by Electron or Maestro cards when Swedish acquirers not support online trading with them.
3D Secure is a technology developed by Visa to authenticate you as a consumer when you pay with your card on the Internet. The standard also used by MasterCard. Benefits to you as a consumer to use a payment service on the Internet that offer 3D Secure means that you get a chance to verify that you are the actual cardholder, which means less risk that the card is used fraudulently.
Our card payments are handled by Auriga ePayment and is licensed for 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) and certified according to PCI DSS. They follow the banks' demands for privacy and security certifications.
Invoice
You can choose to pay by invoice if you live in Sweden. If payment is late payment fee by the amount allowed by law at present SEK 50 and the interest rate of 2% per month + current reference rate. Simplified credit check without knowledge of copy is made and delivery is made only to the registered address. In the selection of invoice payment will be an extra fee of 40 SEK incl. You have to order to your registered address and be over 18 years. All invoices are processed by Svea Ekonomi.
Order
Always free shipping for orders over 700 SEK. For orders under 700 SEK, we apply a fixed shipping cost of 55 SEK. Full insurance on your shipment. Quick delivery, usually sent as your order so you have the next day. You have 14 days to pick up your package when it arrived at your delivery point.

For orders we received payment for before 13:00 will be sent from us on the day (valid on weekdays) and delivered within 1-3 business days (standard delivery is next working day).

Shipping costs
In Sweden
Our standard shipping cost is 55 SEK and you get fast delivery (usually the day after). You get free shipping on your order if order value exceeds 700 SEK.
Receipt / Order Confirmation
When your is approved you will receive an e-mail message relating to order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your e-mail address is correct, and let us know and we will send the confirmation.
Complaints / Chargeback / Cancellation
The recipient is responsible for checking the delivery and products are all right in connection with the receipt of the package. If you have any problems with the package or missing goods will need a written message sent via our contact form within a reasonable time.
For complaints, chargeback and cancellations, the approved claim / cancellation of a purchase, we will reimburse the sum of your order within 30 days.
Personal Data We treat all personal data that you provide in accordance with the Personuppgiftslagen/Personal Data Act (PUL 1998:204). We guarantee that no information about you is sold or used for promotional messages from third parties, but only used internally by Kailocosmetices.com. Your e-mail address will be used for order confirmation as well as other information about your order. We also reserve the right, in some cases to use the email address you provide with product information. Guarantee & Instructions
Guarantees for goods supplied by the respective manufacturers, Kailocosmetices.com makes no additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's specified. If you are not certain about the guarantee or the instructions supplied with your product, please contact us prior to use so we can help you. We can not accept responsibility for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product, if you are unsure of what it contains, contact our customer service before ordering.
Consumer (Individual) withdrawal in distance contracts
We comply with Konsumentverket / the Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Consumers are on their side law on consumer protection in distance contracts, etc. In some cases the right to cancel a purchase by leaving or sending a notice to that effect within 14 days from the date you received the goods or a substantial part of this

We follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens / the Consumer Complaints Board's recommendations in dispute.
